Excellent!! The beans are thick & have a slight bacon flavor. Carne Asada tacos we're very fresh & nice grilled flavor.

Our server was great. Very attentive, food was good, drinks were tasty. But, then when it came time to get our bill - she was missing. It took an extra 10-15 minutes to get our bill.

Gave it 4 stars for the 2 for 1 margaritas Food is good but not 4 star. Got a table right away on a Friday night with out waiting.The place is nicely decorated it is a little loud. Waiter was very attentive food came quickly

Stopped for 2 for 1 Margaritas after a day on the beach. Cute place. Chips and salsa were welcomed with our drinks. Friendly staff.

Great location and selection of food and drinks. Service was friendly and the food was tasty with generous portions. 2 for 1 margaritas sealed the deal. All 4 of us ordered different entrees and we were all pleased with our meals.

Excellent TexMex across from the beach on IRB. Festive environment. Good food quality. The enchiladas has a great tortilla outside and quality beef inside with a flavorful red sauce. The stuffed poblano was very flavorful. Rice and beans were standard affair as was the crispy taco and tostada. The real Mexican cheese on the taco was appreciated. Great place for good quality Tex Mex. The service was also excellent.

AVOID UNLESS ESCAPING THE ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE. (And even then rethink it.) We didn't read the reviews here first, sadly. Food was unrecognizable (were those really beans?), service was a sad affair, and place was in a run-down state (bathroom doors had holes as did the booths' cushions). Two-for-one margaritas is a sham at $8 each and server didn't even bring me the second. My partner couldn't eat her meal and the server Didn't offer to cut from the bill. You'll never have had Mexican food this bad so steer clear.

Very good place to get Mexican food near the beach. Good was wonderful as were the margaritas. We had excellent service and the food was proceed well.

This restaurant used to be okay - unfortunately has gone downhill. There is a bad odor when you walk in (mildew) and the food quality is terrible. Imitation cheese, blended canned tomatoes, etc. Avoid!!

Terrible experience! I would never go back to this restaurant! It is dirty and in need of a lot of repairs ( duct taped seats, wires hanging from ceiling). The food was nothing special and the service was horrible! The lack of care shows in every aspect from the food to the staff. DON’T BOTHER TRYING THIS PLACE

...well, I USED TO LOVE this restaurant! The nacho locos (1/2 size & full size) were outstanding as were the fajitas! They WERE Delicious and a WERE a very generous portion. NOT ANYMORE. 😔😔. The full size ($12.99) is now close to what the 1/2 size use to be. The fajitas were also much smaller now. 😔 Very dissappointing experience. When I expressed my disappointment all the server said was I'm sorry new owners. Time to find a New Favorite Mexican place! I'm sorry I can not recommend this restaurant like I used to. 😥Merry Christmas everyone!!

This is a quaint Mexican restaurant in IRB. Friendly staff. Lots of choices on the menu. Always yummy at good prices.

We had a great dinner here! Kelly our waitress took wonderful care of us. We got our food quicker than we could imagine and it was very good. One chicken tostada was a little off, but the beef tostada was delicious. My husband insisted I write a great review because he said it was the best Mexican meal he's had in ages.

Great place and super friendly server, place was just too dark and as soon as we ( my wife and I) walked in there was a weird smell...placed our order and it was just perfect then the food came which was not bad yet it tasted like the enchiladas were made days ago or bought frozen and heated in a microwave...ate our food and as soon as we left the building I got sick and couldn't drive had to get my wife to drive us home the rest of the way...not sure if we will be going back..

Wife, Daughter and I had dinner here last night at 5:30 pm. Typical mexican restaurant. Nothing fancy. Restrooms were not very clean and Womens didn't have paper towels. Our waiter was nice. Ordered Margaritas, nothing to rave about. Chips and salsa were complimentary and good. Queso was runny and didn't have much flavor. We all had enchiladas they were good. Wish they paid more attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms.

The Service here is great and I can't say enough about the Taxanas Fajitas! Stop here for a margarita and some great food if you're nearby

My favorite spot good food excellent service. Many people do not under what real Mexico food taste like serviced by real Americans-Mexicans. If you feel they may not understand be kind and ask. I have been eating here since it open. I lived almost 5 years in Mexico I would not trade the good food or service for anything. Be kind and open if you have a hard time with your menu just ask. We love it here it's like family. Remember they fight to . To up hold their Restaurant Reputation. We support their effort to add to the American Dream.

NO STARS IF I COULD, BETTER YET NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!!!.placed our drink order, waited 15 minutes hunted down a server. Re gave drink order and waited another 10 minutes before receiving them. When we finally got our food, it was bland and my wife found a decent size bone in her chicken burrito. The service and the food was disgusting. To top it off my wife tells me there was no soap in the restroom, so how were the female workers washing their hands?

You know how you just can't wait to dig into those nachos? Well, wait we did as the young man and an older supervisor argued over who.had to wait on our table. So finally out come the nachos....burned! When we asked for a discount, the lady said, 'It's the Cook's fault. Ugh!

It's good food a little older place service is very nice very good people and decent Mexican food

Food was good staff was friendly but it looked like the building may need some work.

This used to be one of our favorite restaurants while living in the area in 2006-2008. We decided to give it a try again while we are in town, visiting. We should have taken the pizza boxes taped up in the windows as a sign to run, we clearly don't make good choices and we decided to stick it out. Food was decent and our server who was also the bartender was very sweet. There is no AC just fans set all over the floors. So you can only imagine how hot that feels. While eating, our nine year old pointed out a bug on our table, a cockroach. Needless to say we all lost our appetites. Sad to see what used to be a great restaurant go down hill. It is gross. You will probably leave feeling sick. Save yourself from a possible case of food poisoning and eat elsewhere.

Waste of money! Not authentic at all and food does look appetizing. I do not recommend this place.

The food tasted good. The prices were reasonable. The service was good. But, the place is run down. Our booth was falling apart. And there was no air conditioning. The men’s room was filthy and stunk (not because of a BM). This is what the the public sees. I can only guess what the kitchen looks like. I won’t be back.

The best mexican food ever go see flores the best waitress. The food fresh and amazing i would only eat here from now on. The tacos and salsa fresh the owner even cane out to greet me . Go taste for yourself and the place is super clean.

Awesome authentic mexican restaurant for casual family dining. They recently (within the last year) re did their menu, so it's a lot more condensed and not so overwhelming. Reasonably priced, cool and funky decor. Los Mexicanos is a must for us when we visit Florida!

The food was good. Server was very polite. But the place is so rundown to the point we won't be returning. If this is under new management you need to manage the building. The ceiling tiles falling down, the railing rusted through and the tables falling apart. I would not recommend going here only because if what you see is this I can only imagine what you aren't seeing. Get it together New Management! Mold on whatever those things are with the dryer lint vent hanging out side of the building.

This is very bland Mexican food. Seems like they are giving you small cheap portions but charging the same price. The restaurant is in need of repairs with broken chairs and missing wallpaper in some areas. Very disappointing!

Not bad. Completely dead at 6:30 on a Saturday night. Ordered street tacos. It was the smallest tacos I have ever seen. Definitely wasn't worth the price.

The food is basic Mexican. Nothing stood out to me with the food. What did stand out is the terrible service and HOT AS HECK establishment. If you are okay with re-living Mexico summer, come here and eat and sweat and wait forever for your food to deliver to you.... sorry that this review is so negative but i am really dissatisfied with this service and food here. Authentic Mexican food - great service!!!If you’re looking for a great atmosphere with some really good Mexican food, then you’ve found the right place. We had excellent service. Tasty margaritas and yummy food!! Just try it. You won’t be disappointed.

2 for 1 Margaritas, lets start there... We both had the Chile Relleno, Enchilads, Rice and Beans... The Chile Relleno was very flavorful but not as spicy as I would have liked it to be, the Enchilada was ok for someone who can not handle any spice at all, the rice was vey close to the way Momma Rodriguez used too make so I considered it spot on, but the beans could have used a little help... We both enjoyed the free chips and salsa and combined with the queso dip it topped off a very good meal, but the top to this trip to Los Mexicanos has to be our waiter, a Huge Shout Out to Tomas!!! Tomas is a very pleasant, attentive and courteous young man, He made us feel very welcomed and we will definitely come back to see him again... So on a scale from 1 to 10, I will give this visit an 8... Why an 8 you ask? Because I always believe there is room for improvement...

Or son turned 21 and they were really good to him. Good authentic food. On the spicy side.

Went there with my husband and 2 young kids today. My husband and I did the fajitas for 2, my 8yo had a chicken quesadilla, and 6yo had chicken tacos. Everything was delicious!! My husband said it was the best fajitas hesh ever had. The restaurant itself does look a little run down, but don't be fooled. Kudos to the new owners for turning things around.

It had been a LONG time since I'd been here. I think there's different management now, because the quality has significantly declined. The waitress we had was very nice despite some issues with our order. Prices have gone way up - I was paying maybe $17 for my mother and i both in the past, tonight was almost $30 and we got the same things we used to get. Silverware was NOT clean, booths were not clean. The enchiladas were amazing, though, so at least that hasn't changed. If not for the polite waitress, I don't think I'd have given it three stars. It's a real shame. This place used to be great.

We walked in 15 minutes before closing time, and I felt bad but the staff was extremely kind and wasn’t pushy for us to leave. The food is delicious and priced very fairly. All around great place with great food, staff and cozy ambiance. Probably won’t be returning here because it’s so far of a drive, but will go to the one close to the Feathersound area.

New owner, different menu, definitely needs some building repairs. We visit this restaurant occasionally. It definitely was not my first time here and won't be my last. However, there are quite a few things I hope the new owner does adress

This was our 20+ visit to Los Mexicanos and I still have only 100% positive things to share! 🤩The restaurant is always clean and the food is always excellent. We love to walk across the street after dinner to watch the sunset on the beach 🏖
